Because we spend more time on the Internet, having a fast and comfortable web browser is becoming quite important. If you want something that makes online research more pleasant, you should have a look at Min. This minimalist web browser lets you read all the online content you want, without any distractions, and it helps you organize said content, so that you will know exactly what tab you were recently reading and for what part of your project.

Min is free and open source, and it can be used on all modern Windows systems. Its components come in a ZIP archive, so you can extract them and run the software, without installing anything on your computer. You don't have to meet any special requirements, and you won't notice any impact on your computer's performance.

Min has one of the cleanest interfaces you will see on a web browser. When you launch the application you will get a white, almost featureless window on your screen, but this doesn't mean that you can't do much with the software. Each tab fulfills the role of an address bar as well, so you can just click a tab and start typing. What's more, the application supports full-text search for visited pages, as well as fuzzy search.

The software's task management capabilities are also worth mentioning. They allow you to arrange your tabs in separate groups so that you won't lose track of your articles if you have too many of them, from different categories. Furthermore, the tabs you didn't look at for some time will start fading automatically, which makes it much easier to spot the ones you work on the most.

To make things even more convenient, Min comes with a built-in reader, so you can read articles comfortably. Also, the software automatically saves the articles you read and it keeps them for 30 days in case you need them again. The browser's focus mode, dark interface mode and built-in ad blocker are other tools you can rely on to do your research unhindered.

It's difficult to imagine how surfing the web could be easier and more convenient when using Min.

Pros

You can group tabs in two or more tasks. The software makes the tabs you work with more frequently distinguishable from the others. It comes with a built-in ad blocker, focus and dark modes, as well as quick actions.

Cons

The browser's title bar is a bit thin, which makes it difficult to move the window around the screen.
